E-signature and contract management

Your contracts start from your templates, are signed on a phone through a unique link, countersigned in one click and filed with their evidence, with no fee per envelope.

Who it is for · Management, sales and administration teams that sign contracts every week

Demo on fictional data.
  • Working code every week

Every sprint ships something your team uses.

  • You own everything

The code, the database, the servers. No licence.

  • Rules you can check

Your rules written in code, every decision logged.

  • Fixed price, stop anytime

One feature a week, no long-term contract.

The problem

Contracts are drafted in Word, sent as PDFs, come back hand-signed or through a pay-per-envelope service, and get lost in email.

  • Versions circulating without knowing which one is signed
  • Fees per envelope and per user
  • Missed renewal dates

What changes

Every contract starts from the right template, is signed in a minute and lands in the customer's file, with its evidence.

  • Signed the same day, on a phone
  • One version, sealed when sent
  • Renewal dates reminded in time

How it works

  • The contract is filled from your templates and the customer's data
  • It goes out through a unique, expiring link; the document is sealed
  • The signer is recognised by their account or a code sent to their email
  • You countersign; the signed copy is sent and filed, with its evidence

Anonymised use case

A services company, 40 contracts and amendments a month

Service contracts and their amendments are drafted in Word, sent as PDFs, hand-signed, scanned and filed in shared folders; some go through a pay-per-envelope signing service.

Mistakes the rules avoid

  • The right template by customer type and language
  • Amounts and dates read from the customer's file, never retyped
  • Document sealed when sent: no version circulates
  • Renewal date reminded 60 days ahead

Exchanges avoided

  • The "have you signed?" email and phone reminders
  • PDF back-and-forth for a correction
  • Searching for the signed version when a dispute comes up

About 25 hours a month given back to administration, and no fee per envelope.

Custom built, from a proven base

This is not off-the-shelf software. The solution has already been built and run in production; your project starts from that code, then everything is fitted to your team:

  • Your integrations built for your systems, through their API, not a generic connector.
  • Your data sources your email, your ERP, your Excel files, as they are today.
  • Your rules written in code with your team, then checked on last month's data.
  • Your interface the screens, approvals and alerts your team needs, nothing more.

Starting from a proven base means a first result on your own data in the first week.

What the solution includes

  • Templates for contracts, agreements and purchase orders, in French and English
  • A unique, expiring signing link, limited to one document
  • Signer recognised by their Microsoft account or a one-time code
  • Evidence kept: the document's fingerprint, date, device, how the signer was recognised
  • One-click countersignature; the signed copy sent and filed
  • Tracking: sent, opened, signed; reminders at the right time
  • Renewal dates reminded

Systems already integrated, for example

  • Email: Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Workspace
  • Identity: Microsoft Entra (your staff), an emailed code (your customers)
  • Your ERP or CRM for customer data and the order
  • Documents: sealed PDFs, filed in the application or SharePoint

Each integration is built for your systems. Yours isn't listed? We integrate it through its API.

Frequently asked questions

Is an electronic signature valid in Quebec?

Yes, when you can show who signed what, and when. The solution follows the principles of Quebec's Act to establish a legal framework for information technology: a sealed document, a recognised signer, evidence kept.

Does the signer need an account?

No. They receive a link, read the document, confirm their identity with a code sent to their email, and sign on their phone.

How much does each envelope cost?

Nothing. The code is yours and runs on your infrastructure: no fee per envelope or per user.

Can a document be changed after it is sent?

No. It is sealed when sent; a change creates a new version, and the old link stops working.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, the database and the servers are in your name from the first sprint. No licence, no per-user fee.

Do we have to change our ERP or accounting software?

No. We work around your systems. If there is no accounting software yet, QuickBooks or Zoho Books is enough as the ledger.

What happens if we stop?

Nothing breaks. You keep the code, the data and the documentation; another team can take over.
