What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email and message. We also keep the date sent and the IP address, to block abusive submissions.

Why

To answer you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anything else.

Where and for how long

Messages are kept in our application and emailed to the responsible partner, through cloud providers (hosting and email delivery) that may be located outside Québec. They are deleted automatically after 24 months.

Cookies and tracking

A consent banner (CookieScript) lets you accept, refuse or choose cookies. It sets one cookie that remembers your choice. No audience-measurement or marketing cookie is set without your consent, and you can change your mind at any time from the banner. Fonts are served by our own server.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the person above. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
