AI costs, at cost
Calls to AI models are billed at cost, with no margin (contract, art. 3.5). Each one is recorded with the job and the item it served (an invoice, an email), the model and its cost: you audit them line by line, and the Services page shows the cost per item.

What does a sprint's price include?
One week of a senior architect's work and one usable feature: the acceptance written first, the code, the tests, a review, the simulation and a demo on your data.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You order sprints on demand and stop before the next invoicing cycle, with no penalty.
Who does the guarantee apply to?
New clients. By the third sprint, supplier invoices arriving by email are read, matched to the purchase order, approved and entered in your accounting system. If not, we refund you.
What does the care plan cover?
Security patches, monthly updates, a health check every 90 seconds, backup supervision, a test restore and a report every month. High availability is offered as an add-on.
How are AI costs billed?
At cost, with no margin. Every call is recorded with the job, the item it served, the model and its cost, so you can check everything.
Are there per-user fees or a licence?
No. The code, the database and the servers are in your name from the first sprint.
What happens if we stop?
Nothing breaks. You keep the code, the data and the documentation; another team can take over.
